These anchor hooks are a good alternative for high-traffic routes in a wet-environment.
Made of 304 stainless steel and in-house passivated.They have a WLL of 1 tonne (1,000kg); we have observed them begin to have plastic deformation above 15kN. They have a 3mm wiregate. They’re made by precision casting (a.k.a. investment casting) and are not forged.
Available as a single-gate for most anchor situations. Also available as a double-wiregate where extra security is wanted; for example in cases when the anchor is at waist-height or if there is a risk of a climber going above the anchor for any reason.
The hooks are manufactured in China and the wire gates are installed in Taiwan. They are in-house passivated. The “1TON” hook will require a quick link with a 11mm opening, and the “1.5TON” hook will require a quick link with 12mm opening.
